# Head of Customer Success

Lead and grow the post-sale organisation to ensure customers realise EdgeTier's value. Role sits with executive team, shaping strategy across Customer Success, Support, Onboarding, and Renewals.

## What you'll do

- Own and evolve post-sale strategy and report on customer health
- Structure, hire, and coach the post-sale team with career paths
- Drive adoption, value realisation, and manage health scoring
- Own onboarding, support quality, SLAs, and escalation paths
- Build renewal and expansion playbooks; own NRR and GRR

- Experience scaling B2B SaaS post-sale through €5M-€25M stage
- Direct ownership of NRR and GRR in prior roles
- Have led at least two post-sale pillars previously
- Built segmentation, health scoring, playbooks and tooling
