# Senior Revenue Operations Manager

Lead the design and operation of Kota's revenue operating system across Embed and Platform products. This role sits in the Chief Revenue Officer's team and partners closely with Finance to own forecasting, planning and revenue reporting.

## What you'll do

- Design unified data model for multi-product revenue
- Build and run a single forecast across pipeline, ARR and live revenue
- Own annual and quarterly planning, quotas and headcount models
- Design and administer commission and incentive plans and run payouts
- Operate GTM stack and BI layer, run forecast calls and board packs

## What they're looking for

- 8+ years in Rev Ops, sales or GTM strategy roles
- At least 3 years leading the function in high-growth B2B or fintech
- Proven experience designing revenue operating models end-to-end
- Fluency with HubSpot or Salesforce, BI tools and SQL
- Comfort with multi-product, multi-country, partner-led revenue
