# Head of Growth: Fitness & Gyms

Lead go-to-market and commercial growth for Output Sports in the fitness vertical, focused on HYROX gyms and strategic fitness partners. Work across Product, Marketing, Sales and Customer Success to launch products, scale adoption and convert free users to paid tiers.

## What you'll do

- Define and prioritise fitness GTM strategy and target customer segments
- Drive free-to-paid conversion and activation across HYROX gym network
- Lead commercial development of strategic fitness partnerships and joint plans
- Coordinate cross-functional product launches and go-to-market execution
- Build enterprise pipeline and manage high-value commercial opportunities
