# Head of Growth & Demand Generation

Lead Kota's demand generation across paid, organic, lifecycle and partner channels. Work within the Go To Market team reporting to the Chief Revenue Officer to convert activity into pipeline for Platform and Embed products.

## What you'll do

- Define and own demand generation strategy and pipeline targets
- Run paid acquisition across LinkedIn, Google and emerging channels
- Lead organic growth: SEO, content and website conversion
- Manage full funnel from lead to closed revenue and lifecycle programmes
- Develop partner marketing and co-marketing playbooks for Embed

- Hands-on paid media experience on LinkedIn and Google
- Proven SEO and content-led organic growth experience
- Data fluent with experience in attribution and analytics
