Head of Relationship Management

What you'll do

• lead and develop a team of Relationship Managers
• manage and grow a portfolio of APAC merchant accounts
• drive retention, renewals and commercial negotiations
• set account strategies and monitor portfolio KPIs
• coordinate with Risk, Compliance and Operations teams

• around 10 years in payments, fintech, banking or financial services
• experience in card acquiring and payment processing
• previously led or mentored relationship or account teams
• experience with complex or higher-risk merchant sectors
• fluency in Mandarin and English
