Product Designer (FTC)
Product Designer responsible for end-to-end UX/UI across LearnUpon's Product organization. You will work with product, engineering, data and CX to shape features, design systems and accessibility compliance.
What you'll do
- Design and deliver end-to-end UX and UI solutions
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitive analysis
- Develop and maintain design system components
- Use AI-assisted design tools to prototype and synthesize research
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to align priorities

- 2-4 years experience in product design or related field
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Miro
- Familiarity with AI-assisted design workflows and tools
- Knowledge of user-centered design and information architecture
- Understanding of WCAG 2.1 and 2.2 accessibility standards
