What you'll do
- Lead and mentor Applied Scientists and AI/ML Engineers
- Define technical strategy for AI/ML solutions on structured and unstructured data
- Design agentic workflows and real-time reasoning engines
- Partner with AI Platform on LLMOps strategy and deployments
- Act as technical authority and contribute as individual contributor on critical systems

- Proven ability to lead and scale technical teams and mentor senior talent
