What you'll do

• Ensure accurate, timely, compliant financial operations across entities
• Act as strategic deputy to the VP of Accounting & Controlling
• Manage, coach, and develop the accounting team
• Own close processes and financial reporting quality
• Drive controls, tax, transfer pricing, audits, and finance transformation
