Senior Forward Deployed Engineer - West
Senior engineer embedded with strategic enterprise customers to implement and expand use of Tines' automation platform. Role sits on the forward deployed team focused on adoption, integrations, and customer outcomes.
What you'll do
- Lead technical implementation of the platform in enterprise environments
- Train and support users and stakeholders across the organisation
- Identify and develop new platform use cases for customers
- Act as primary technical contact and troubleshoot platform issues
- Share field insights with Product, Engineering, and GTM teams
