Senior Product Designer - Embed
Senior product designer role focused on the Kota Embed embedded insurance and retirement product. Position sits on the Embed team reporting to the CTO and works remotely within +/-4 hours of GMT.
What you'll do
- Own and maintain design quality while product and requirements change
- Design interfaces where data models and UI are tightly coupled
- Produce working prototypes that serve as implementation specification
- Run rapid research and usability testing at sprint cadence
- Promote and evolve design system patterns into reusable primitives
