Head of People

Lead and own the HR function to scale people operations across multiple countries. Work across HR foundations, employee lifecycle, hiring operations, payroll and vendor management for the company.

What you'll do

• Develop and improve scalable HR processes, templates, and policies
• Ensure HR compliance and audit-ready record keeping across jurisdictions
• Build compensation foundations and people metrics for leadership decisions
• Partner with managers on performance, coaching, and lifecycle processes
• Manage payroll, benefits, vendor and EOR/contractor relationships

• 5+ years progressive HR or People Operations experience
• Experience with Irish employment legislation and HR compliance
• Experience managing HR across multiple countries and vendors
