Legal Counsel
Legal Counsel role providing generalist legal support with emphasis on employment law and data protection. The role sits within the company legal function partnering with People, Commercial, Product and Engineering teams.
What you'll do
- Lead employment law support across the business
- Own data protection compliance and core data-protection processes
- Maintain privacy policy and marketing compliance including SMS practices
- Provide training and standards for People, Support and other teams
- Support Companies Act compliance and company secretarial matters for Irish entities

- Qualified as a solicitor in Ireland with 3+ years PQE
- Strong experience in employment law and risk management
- Practical GDPR and data protection experience including regulator engagement
- Clear communicator with non-lawyers and discretionary handling
- High ownership and willingness to challenge and improve processes
