Senior Legal Counsel
Senior Legal Counsel responsible for employment law and data protection across the business. Works with People, Finance, Commercial, Product and Engineering teams to provide practical legal guidance.
What you'll do
- Lead employment law support across the business
- Lead data protection compliance and key data protection processes
- Maintain privacy policy and marketing compliance including SMS practices
- Provide training and standards for People, Support and other teams
- Manage Companies Act compliance and company secretarial coordination

- Qualified solicitor in Ireland with 5+ years PQE
- Strong employment law experience and practical risk management
- Credible GDPR and data protection experience
- Clear communicator who translates legal risk for non-lawyers
- High ownership and willingness to challenge poor decisions
