Senior People Partner, Technology & Commercial (16 month FTC)
Senior People Partner role supporting the technology and commercial teams, focused on aligning HR strategy with business goals. The role sits within People/HR and drives talent, development, and people programs for scaling teams.
What you'll do
- Partner with technology and commercial leaders on people strategy
- Coach managers on performance, team dynamics, and difficult conversations
- Own end-to-end talent management including acquisition and succession
- Design and run training and retention programs
- Lead people projects including DEIB and data-driven initiatives

- Experience as a people partner to technology or commercial groups
- HR degree, masters, or equivalent preferred
- Track record of improving HR processes and systems
- Comfortable influencing senior stakeholders amid ambiguity
